Firsly I would like to say a massive welldone! I completely believe you as I am currently on a similar fast and losing weight at the same rate as the water diet. Also my older sister is on the fast and started it at 228 and is currently 198 on day 13! she looks completely different so I can only imagine how she'd look after another 13 days. She's very energetic, goes about her day as per usual.
I haven't been weighing myself as I want to leave it as a 'suprise' but I've already had to buy a few pairs of smaller sized jeans and my tops are very baggy! my sister and I have been drinking diet drinks - less than 1 calorie consumed a day and we're losing weight so I am 100% certain you are telling the truth. It would have been great to see some pics but I do understand why you wouldn't want to. Most people on here do think that a fast isn't 'real' if anything other than water is consumed and can make a person feel as if their fast isn't much of a 'struggle' if they don't stick by the rules. However, be proud of what you've done! forget what others think! you lost the weight YOUR way and it worked. It's working for me and my sister too. Be proud :)
