Congratulations on your successful weight loss journey. I don't mean to harass you but I did want you to know that Aspartame poisoning will not show up on a doctor's yearly annual blood test. After the poison has built up in your system you may start to feel some of the side effects. This may take years for some people. It is a sub clinical condition so it will not measure on their tests. I had a doctor tell me that I should take it because I am not a fetus and it would not hurt me. He thought it would help me lose weight. I was already having major side effects and knew that the Aspartame brought it on. He did not have a clue. Most doctors do not associate Aspartame poisoning with the ill side effects. Most doctors do not even believe that it is harmful. What a doctor believes does not make it true. Some doctors are very ignorant and contrary to popular belief none of them are God. You may be so healthy that it will never effect you. I sure don't know your situation, but I am one person that has been very hurt by aspartame. Therefore I think you should at least acknowledge that it is harmful to some if not all eventually. I hope you will not consider this harassment. I'm glad you lost the weight.
