Will you please elaborate on this process/procedure to get rid of intestinal parasites.I think that might be the second best use of DE

This is an old remedy to deworm farm animals.  The animals would be fed the diatomaceous earth. The DE is like tiny shards of glass.  When insects crawl through it the DE scrapes their waxy coatings off causing them to dehydrate.  If they ingest it the DE cuts up their insides.  This is why it is used for bug control.  For intestinal worms the DE is ingested where it cuts up the worms.  Our intestinal walls are stronger and thicker, and protected by a thin fluid mucous so it does not harm our intestines.

The easiest way to take it would be to mix a big spoonful in some water or juice and down it.  It will be a little gritty.
