Re: O/T Nutrition and Supplements
I'll second that suggestion regarding diatomaceous earth; but that would be for silica - not calcium. I suppose there is a trace of calcium.
DE contains 85 percent silica dioxide and 10 percent inert ingredients (trace minerals). When something says "trace", I never count on anything substantial. However, better than nothing.
I agree that it should be part of everyone's daily supplement list. I would recommend to go slowly; like when starting out with
Iodine therapy. I started DE about a week ago. Stupid me. I always get excited about something new and promising; just like I did with iodine. 4 days later, I had severe sinus problems. I thought I was going to have a cold or flu or yet another sinus infection. Not much temperature though. I took 3 cups of distilled water with 20 drops of NutraSilver during the day. Next day, no problem at all; just as if nothing happened. That means that it must have been a BIG Herxheimer reaction.
I'm so pleased with diatomaceous earth. It's killing
parasites like mad. Much better bowel movements. That's saying a lot for me.
