I bought mine from the other place; because it comes in 1 lb baggies. It is easier to transfer to a flour canister with smaller bags. It is such a fine dust, that I don't want to do it in the house. It would just get everywhere. Can't transfer it outside either. Always windy here. So garage. It is easier to keep in a flour canister for serving.
