I hope you do well. It is not BS no matter what any negative nancy tries to say. You learn to see what the correct portions are by learning calores and slowly increasing calories also teaches you body what (x) cals feels like. I have kept my weight in range and never have actually gone up. Not to mention how much better everything else is post fast (skin,eyes, hair growth, energy)
I hardly got this plan from a stupid gossip magazine. Its basic nutrition and what body builders do when tweaking body fat.
You have to know the basics of nutrition and calorie counting is where it starts. And obviously you know non-processed = good/processed = bad. You can do it. Just stick to your goals and do not let anyone get you down. ☺
