Keep your scale. A healthy weight MATTERS. Plus how are you going to know how much to eat if you do not know where to start. Weightloss is from cutting calories. Burning more than you eat. It is that simple. What is not simple is that some people do not get the "full" signal or have polluted and addicted bodies that make them prone to gaining weight and overeating. Fasting for weightloss (when done with juice or water and no chemicals) does detox you along with shrinking you if there is a calorie shortage.
It is a myth that you need to exericse to lose weight. You just need to not overeat for your body weight.
You do need to eat less when you lose weight.Less body mass need less food calorie support. That is the one and only rule you have to stick to. Eat right for your body weight and activity level. Exercise is best for health. But you can still lose weight and keep it off without it.
Rapid weightloss - Whats rapid? What is too much?
All that means is that if you cut more than 1000 calories from your total needs you will have a slower metabolism and rapid weightloss. This means losing more than 2lbs of real fat a week after the first water woosh. The metabolism is flexable and you can dig yourself out of the rapid weightloss metab hole by watching what you eat and weaning back calories.You can increase your metabolism without exercise just by eating every 2-4 hours and eating nutrient dense food in the proper balance of macronutrients and calorie content. I have had to shift my own metab this way because I couldn't exercise due to injury.
If you eat too much now and go back to that you will gain it back. But you would with a diet too. You would if you stopped exercise too.
A bonus is that the fast will detox you of possible toxins that can be making you fat and addicted to junk.
So post fast:
~Break correctly
~Wean back in your calories 200 a week or so till you hit the 1200 calories mark and stop gaining.After you stabilize in weight at the 1200 mark add 200 per week till you meet your non gain level of cals for your weight and activity level.
I lost a lot of weight thru fasting and kept it off. Anyone that tells you it doesn't work just has not figured out to work it and gives canned responses without real "how to."
Sorry to bust the bubble but I have improved my health, weight and lost over 10 sizes with fasting and minimal to no exercise and kept it off. I just eat right for my weight and activity level. Quality calories seem to be the only thing that can affect my weight but thatcould be due to sodium as it usually is a nominal 4 lbs that goes as soon as the junkier food does.
Do dry skin brush to tighten up your skin if you can't exercise along with olive oil at night (o.oil has chemical properties that aid in skin repair)
