Re: Oral Thrush - does it get worse before it gets better?
you should really talk to the oil pulling people
theyd cringe and wiggle and scream if they heard u were about to buy commercial toothpastes and rinses...
the flouride in that stuff is dangerous mi amigo...causes leaching from your bones.
try oil pulling, swishing with
Sea Salt , and improving your diet...
all three will work like precious charms, eeven separately...
alot of people claim that those commercial mouthwashes and toothpastes are very acidifying..brushing with baking soda is about the most alkaline/safest thing you can do...and theres some really nice toothpastes that i use now, with neem oil, teatree oil, licorish...all traditional toothpaste of ancient peoples and modern peoples alike
i havent used flouride in 3 years and my teeth are fine..
in fact my gums were receding until i stopped...i am 20 years old...the dentist and peridontist recommended gum surgery...they said i was brushing too hard.
instead i changed my habits and i have no more recession. now i brush 1 time a day (but i also eat no sugar).
heres the down low...doesnt matter if you change your diet yet: for the first 20 minutes after eating, your mouth is the most acidic, and this is when demineralization happens. if you brush right after a meal and swish wish
Seasalt water it will alkalize and remineralize your teeth...it is also a good way to "end" your meal if you have trouble controlling portions and eating like i sometimes do. make sure to get a soft brush and softly massage your gums, especially where they meet the teeth.
good luck
