Re: MY URINE ENEMA PROTOCOL

Hi Janaki, i saw another protocol for doing urine enema in which before the rentention of urine, a cleanse is done with just plain warm water. This to get rid fecal matter in transverse colon.  important to do even if have bowel movement first. 

Do you do this first step?   I head that by clearing it out..more urine gets absorbed in small intestines..and basically most of it get absorbed so there is only little expelled in the toilet.  Have you found that most of your retention urine gets absorbed as well? 

I am about to try my first urine enema.
