urine enemas for acne

I cleared up my Acne using urine enemas. It worked quickly. I feel that the urine is particularly effective in breaking-down and removing blockages in the bowel (mucous, what Andreas calls tumours etc.). I also feel that the urine promotes a more peaceful spiritual state if it is retained for some time.

I have a good protocol for starting out which I'd be happy to share.
