It is a veggie/quinoa soup. At the end of my three-day fast I will have one serving at night, with the quinoa, and see how I feel the next day. If I have any adverse reactions I will then try it without the quinoa. My reason for including the quinoa is related to the idea that the bulk from the grain will result in a BM, flushing out my colon.
I will eat the soup for 3 days, then either fast again, or start including raw vegetables and some protein sources.
