It seems the insulin surge from the fructose makes me uncontrollably hungry and I've been thinking about food and eating non-stop since coming off my fast 5 days ago. The low I feel right now is unbearable to the high I felt while fasting.
I haven't been eating bad foods thank goodness, just lots of fruits and salads, so my eating has been 'clean'. I want to do another short fast, but what is a better way to come off the fast? Is it advisable to break it with a cucumber/lettuce salad? I don't have a juicer, and they are terribly expensive in this part of the world so that idea is out.
I love fasting, but breaking it on fruits is too hard for me. Any advice?
