Mg Stearate is bad for you...

Derma mag sounds OK. I wouldn't take Milk of Mg internally every day.

Magnesium chloride is probably OK, ancient magnesium oil is Mg Chloride.

I'm not an expert on Mg, I suggest folks do their own research and talk to the guys on the Mg forum.
