To tell you the truth I always kind of had headaches sometimes from Magnesium sterate, now I saw a liquid magnesium that you can put on the skin instead of taking internally now is this safe? I think it's called Derma Mag.
And is Milk Magnensa safe to take on a daily bases I thought it was an anacid or something for indigestion and also is it suppose to have helped people with TMAU because you know people will go out and buy it,but let them know it's safe for them and let them know they should read it before taking, but what about magnesium chloride?
