actually it was your posts that reminded me of 03...

So have they totally cured you? I guess not as you're still here.

Doctors say Ca/Mg ratios can be 2:1 in favour of Ca, 1:1 or even 2:1 Mg to Ca, so there's a lot of disagreement.

The only other thing that helped me was sorting out K/Na ratios. I was severely Potassium deficient.

I guess ozone is not well knownas it's not on the bloodbournbo site...
