I use magnesium with vit c. You're right my colon is working quite well. I have to look into the ratio of CA to MG. In addition, I am taking aloe juice and a really good probiotic on an empty stomach in the morning.

I also use ozone to bathe in. I used to drink o3 water, but haven't in a while. Thanks for the reminder and the post.
