Agreeing to disagree is a great thing, and the reason that we should be fighting our Government, which you call cowardly. One major reason that George scares me is the same reason you like him. He uses faith instead of common sense or logic.
I live in the worse run state in the country. It is run by religious zealots who are elected by people who don't even pay attention, they just vote for the one person who is Republican and their same reliegon. Our taxes are the highest, We spend less per pupil on education, We have the highest teen pregnancy rates. we have the highest sex crime rates,(guess who has the lowest, nevada) the worse drug usage (they dispute this because they think that taking legal drugs is not considered drug usage) And the people of my state think that if they pray and continue to put in religious people, that that faith will get everyone into heaven while the rest of us suffer with all the moral and social problems they are creating.
I see huge similarites in George and where he is taking this country. I don't like Christians quoting the bible as reasons that we should kill Iraqi's. If we could take the bible and Koran and burn them both, we could all live in peace.
I was never a fan of Clinton before George came into office, but Bush has made me the biggest clinton fan there is.
