Detainment without criminal charges....denied legal representation... expanded monitoring of communications...threats to lawyer-client priveledge...by-passing the judicial system by creating military tribunals where secret trials can take place with secret evidence unknown even to the accused....

Yep...really serious!

And lest we not forget executive order 13223 signed by Bush on 1 Nov 2001 which restricts access to presidential papers from the Reagan administration forward...saving face and butts of many of his buddies and denying you the right to know just what this administration was up to when you attempt to find out in the future...but perhaps you won't want to know then either!
