My blood Sugar problem is not too serious, but it does affect how I feel before and after eating.
I heard about Cinnamon and I have been using it to good effect. I do not use insulin at all.
I can buy Cinnamon at my local health food store - it is VERY INEXPENSIVE today, thank goodness, unlike those years long ago as you said.
