I can do websites, blogs, and forums, and have made several, for myself and others, but I don't use them. It's usually more productive to post on existing venues rather than have everyone "re-invent the wheel" setting up and popularizing their own venues.

Something that would be a good idea is to start a community/regional network for local people interested in natural healing, gardening, tincture making, and so on. There could be swaps and classifieds for tools, equipment, household goods seeds, services, instruction or whatever. Similar sites in various areas could network nation-wide or world wide.

Simplify, simplify...

Even that might be overly complicated. I bet there's an existing Facebook app, or someone could program one. Tweet
