--answer--Culligan water softener-- Un-Natural Sodium--

Hi dfams1,

Your question: I did not realize that. If sodium wasn't a problem would this water be okay? I haven't made the trip in a little over a week to where the culligan's water is sold to fill up my bottles, but I've been drinking poland spring (single gallons sold at market), although much more expensive for the time being is this okay?

Any info on my original questions by any chance?

Thanks

Answer: May I suggest you drink only Distilled water and work on making adjustments with the Different Kelps and see how things go?

This way we shall be sure you are not getting Un-Natural Sodium in your water !

I know of folks who drank soft water most of their Life and it has affected their Adrenals because of too much Un-Natural Sodium !

This is not good for the Adrenals even tho the Adrenals need Sodium for regulating the Osmotic pressure of our cells !

Cause and Effect !

Smile Tis your choice.
