If I mix the 2 kelps together but add even a great deal more of the LD kelp I still end up feeling like I'm retaining more water than if I had not drank the drink at all. The only time I seem to lose the water retention is if I add only LD kelp, a lot of BSM, and don't eat anything with a higher sodium ratio in it for a while ..
Mia mentioned a problem with kidneys, I'm beginning to wonder if that is indeed the case.
