Re: Liver Flush

So tell me more about these "follow up Epsom Salts "? I finished my flush successfully today. As I told a friend, "I am a proud parent of MANY gallstones." I must admit I was skeptical but also desperate! So, I did the flush last night and this morning and essentially preceeded it with an apple juice fast of four days..so solid foods. So, what do I do now. I know it is important to "break" a fast carefully, especially after a juice fast. Any recommendations? Tweet
