Thank you. This was helpful. Fortunately, I have no nausea but I think not eating after 2 pm helped. Then again, I have not eaten solid food in 4 days and non 4 days before that. I had my first "attack' over a week ago and have hardly eaten since.
I have read some posts saying it takes 7 to 10 flushes before you are "clean"! Any other advice? This is my first time doing this...a little nervous! Tweet
