I disagree. I think enemas after the flushes are VITAL to the process. The last flush I didn't do one for a week and began to feel sick. I then did one and removed lots of dead flukes that had been sitting in my stomach.

They are not nice or fun, but the toxins released during a flush need to be removed. Otherwise you can experience bad bloating or cramping and increased liver pain (in my case anyhow) Tweet
