There are at least three ways to keep things moving - follow-up Epsom Salts , salt water flushes and enemas.

Epsom Salts will act systemically to draw water into the intestines to flush things out. Salt water will passively move through top to bottom to flush the entire tract, which includes the point of release in the upper tract of the liver flush, where an enema does not reach, (An enema is not going reach your stomach - that's not an opinion) but, I do use it, ... now.
