Re: Chondomylaecia Patella (Runners Knee)Please Help!!

 Hello:

I have been diagnosed with Chondomylaecia Patella aka Runners Knee. I can't stand without holding onto something and my knee used to grind when walking up stairs or even down stairs. How can I rebuild the cartilage in my knee?

Silica supplementation is the most important thing, along with sulfur, vitamin C and glycine. Glucosamine is too slow, and chondroitin is so poorly absorbed that it is pretty much worthless. So I don't recommend either. On the silica, add it to your water so you absorb a little with each drink. This will be a lot more effective since silica is so poorly absorbed to begin with.

How do I remove the calcium deposits that are probably causing the pain?

It is not calcium. It is rough cartilage grinding on the other cartilage. Blood vessels do not form in the cartilage to keep calcium from depositing in the joints. You can use some yucca root mixed with a little licorice root to reduce the inflammation.

I drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of ozonated water per day so far, and I'm awaiting delivery of my MMS early next week.

Ozone is a great stimulator for healing.

I want to be able to do squats and lunges again, but first must do some repair on my body. I have Hep C and HIV.

There are no standard lab tests that can prove the presence of either HIV or HCV. The lab tests for these are nothing more than sales tools based on inaccurate tests that leave them guessing. In fact hepatitis is one of the over 65 known causes for false positives on HIV antibody tests. And viral load (PCR) is a major joke, so it does not prove the presence of anything either.

Please help someone, anyone. Thank you. Tybotica
