Hello:
I have been diagnosed with Chondomylaecia Patella aka Runners Knee. I can't stand without holding onto something and my knee used to grind when walking up stairs or even down stairs. How can I rebuild the cartilage in my knee?
Silica supplementation is the most important thing, along with sulfur, vitamin C and glycine. Glucosamine is too slow, and chondroitin is so poorly absorbed that it is pretty much worthless. So I don't recommend either. On the silica, add it to your water so you absorb a little with each drink. This will be a lot more effective since silica is so poorly absorbed to begin with.
How do I remove the calcium deposits that are probably causing the pain?
It is not calcium. It is rough cartilage grinding on the other cartilage. Blood vessels do not form in the cartilage to keep calcium from depositing in the joints. You can use some yucca root mixed with a little licorice root to reduce the inflammation.
I drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of ozonated water per day so far, and I'm awaiting delivery of my MMS early next week.
Ozone is a great stimulator for healing.
I want to be able to do squats and lunges again, but first must do some repair on my body. I have Hep C and HIV.
There are no standard lab tests that can prove the presence of either HIV or HCV. The lab tests for these are nothing more than sales tools based on inaccurate tests that leave them guessing. In fact hepatitis is one of the over 65 known causes for false positives on HIV antibody tests. And viral load (PCR) is a major joke, so it does not prove the presence of anything either.
Please help someone, anyone. Thank you. Tybotica
Thank you so much for your response.
I researched the herbs and can do the yucca, but I have high blood pressure (which I'm working on) and don't know if I should pursue the licorice just yet.
I takes at least 50g of licorice daily over about 6 months to raise the blood pressure. If you take potassium sources with it, such as yucca root, then you will unlikely ever raise your blood pressure from licorice even if taking those MASSIVE doses for so long.
How should I be ingesting the sulfur? In capsules, in juice?
Either way will work, but powders are cheaper. You can also obtian sulfur from a large number of sources including onions, garlic, watercress, and seaweeds to name a few.
Is the silica absorbed slowly even via ozonated water?
Yes, silica is poorly absorbed reagardless. Although, if you are using a ultraviolet or hot corona system then the acids formed will help increase the conversion of the silica in to the form the body needs, orthosilicic acid.
Have you had any experience with MMS?
Not something I would use.
Thank you for anything you're able to share to give me some additional insight.

Thanx Again!
When I dropped the HIV Meds, I dropped the blood pressure meds also (Norvasc).
Norvasc is a calcium channel blocker. Calcium is a muscle contractor, which includes blood vessels. So calcium channel blockers are used to keep the calcium out of the blood vessel nerve gaps, which keeps the blood vessels more relaxed. Magnesium works in a very similar manner to lower blood pressure. I recommend magnesium malate or citrate 2 to 3 times daily. DO NOT take it with calcium since it has to displace calcium to work. This is actually well known, even by doctors who use IV magnesium to instantly reduce preeclampsia associated hypertension.
I'm trying to eat for my blood pressure and monitor it daily. A month ago it was 191/99, without the Norvasc its about 133/83, but needs to be lower.
Did you mean 133/83 with the Norvasc? It should have been higher with the drug, not lower.
I will make a combination yucca/licorice tea and drink a cup daily. Is that sufficient?
I would go with a cup 3 to 4 times daily to help keep the inflammation down. But sip on it throughout the day rather than drinking it down right away. Both are laxatives as well, so slow and steady would be better. Both will also help with nutrient absorption due to their saponin content. Their sterols will keep your cholesterol down making the blood pressure a little less of an issue.
I will also mix the silica in my ozonated water as suggested.
Whats your take on MMS? Is it something you just don't need, or have you found it to be harmful or ineffective?
I don't trust chlorine compounds, like MMS, very much. Chlorine plays its role in the body, but we generally derive the chlorine from salts. Chlorine forms some of the most toxic componds known to man such as nerve agents, freon, carbon tetrachloride, chloramine, etc. I really don't trust ingesting large amounts of chlorine rich compounds not knowing how it will react with foods, herbs, medications, etc. For example, the synthetic sweetener sucralose (Splenda) is made by removing three of the sugar's hydrogen atoms and replacing them with three chlorine atoms. It may taste and look like sugar but they are now reporting a lot of side effects from sucralose that you will not get from real sugar. I will stick to things that I know are safe and effective for sure.
Just wondering about your response.
I look forward to your responses because they are so informative. Stay well.
