I have been diagnosed with Chondomylaecia Patella aka Runners Knee.
I can't stand without holding onto something and my knee used to grind when walking up stairs or even down stairs.
How can I rebuild the cartilage in my knee? How do I remove the calcium deposits that are probably causing the pain? I drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of ozonated water per day so far, and I'm awaiting delivery of my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement early next week.
I want to be able to do squats and lunges again, but first must do some repair on my body. I have Hep C and HIV.
