I have not activated it yet.. no distilled water and no lemon... But I will try that soon enough.
Meanwhile.. I put several drops in the top and the bottom of my Brita pitcher and drank a big glass of the water and my teeth became clean, squeaky clean and I felt the slight clog in my sinuses clear.. I breathed deeply and easily all night.. even when laying down!
I am having another big glass today.
