Funny Vit A = Retinal, which is good for the retina. Never noticed that before.
I have been taking 3-5 G/daily vitamin C pretty much all my adult life. Guess I could up that, smoking uses a lot of it up.
Eat kale and other dark greens regularly but will pick up the marigold extract.
When the doc said I should eat more greens and colored vegetables I was like, 'I just juiced some kale, carrot, parsley and
Celery before I came over here'.
My negs are smoking and apparently UV exposure is a big factor. Lived in Florida and the Carribean before CA and spent many winters on ski slopes. Always wore sunglasses but they say, just like UV and the skin, most of our exposure/damage occurs before the age of 20. And kids don't go around in sunglasses normally.
