What type of cataract is it? I have signs of the beginning of "nuclear cataracts" where proteins clump together. When I look at a white wall or white paper it has yellow blotches on it. They are mainly caused by the Sugar sorbitol which is a byproduct of dairy product Sugar (lactose). But they are caused by a lot of other stuff too.
