Thanks for the info Ginagirl. I'm trying to slow down the progression of my cataracts. If I focus my eyes a certain way I can actually see clumps of yellow that look like cells under a microscope forming in clusters. I'll try this vitamin C thing and see if I can improve my eyesight.
