I have a cataract - Blergh..(mod edit- R is for thread, it WORKED)

Had an eye exam today and have a small cataract in one eye. I've noticed it for a while but didn't know what it was, just feels like something filmy is clouding your vision and if you blink it will go away, but it doesn't.

Checked the CZ archives and saw things about castor oil, and pascalite clay. Also an ACV eyewash but that would have to be a really dilute solution or it would sting like crazy, no?

The posts are pretty old so I was wondering if anyone had any new ideas.

Re castor oil, I know you can buy it in the drugstore but is that the kind people use? Is there a better brand or organic or something?
