Recently diagnosed with Stage 4 glioblastoma

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 glioblastoma in February of this year. The doctors were able to remove 95%% of the tumor. Unfortunately, since the surgery I have been unable to use my left arm and my left leg is very weak. I can walk with a cane but need to be very careful not to fall.

I just completed Chemotherapy and Radiation treatment 2 weeks ago. When it was finished the xray confirmed that the remaining tumor had shrunk. I will be going back in 1 month to get an MRI and start stronger chemotherapy.

Now I am doing regular physical therapy sessions to try to get my arm strong again. I have been disappointed with the lack of improvement with my arm and with my ability to walk. I'm still sleepy throughout the day and need the help of my family to help me get around.

I would like to find other people fighting with stage 4 glioblastoma.

I would like to find survivors who have found treatment that work outside of what doctors prescribe.

I want to find out if I'm recovering normally or slower then usual.
