I sent a donation to Jackie but never received any reply. I tried emailing at the address on the PayPal link but it was blocked and bounced immidiately.

I can't see any reason why this has to be kept secret. Everyone would be better off if she just posted the treatment details including the cure rate. People would donate to her anyway because it's a good site and the only one of its kind.
