Re: Hard to find antiprotozoal meds

Do not worry, I have realised that already!

I'm taking a multivitamin called Omnimin and various other single vitamins such as D, E, folic acid and others.

The years I was eating powder only, I was a little worried that I might not get all that I needed but it seemed not to be a problem(the powder was fortified with large amounts of vitamins and minerals, it was a 'complete diet'). In fact I felt a lot better during these years than I do now, I was much less tired and more clear headed then. It could be because it contained only simple carbohydrates that did not ferment as much as bread and starch. The feeling was similar to when I followed the SCD diet which also doesn't contain starches and large carbohydrates. My main carbohydrate source then was juice and bananas!

Whenever I eat now, I get very tired and my brain feels 'foggy' starting about 30 minutes after a meal. When I used to water fast, my mind was very clear and I felt loaded with energy.
