I'm totally confused.... Why do you compare lecithin with citrus? If the lecithin is acting as a coagulant (typical thickener in many processed food), then it has nothing to do with the role of citrus in the LF?
I suppose you do find a difference in your Coffee-Enema routine when you add lecithin??? Have you tried garlic or ginger?
I also tried ES and oil prior to Coffee-Enema and get some stones w/o citrus at all.
