I never used to go anywhere without my Ornithine or "Clear". That you could even get on the airplane in the first place means you're doing pretty good. I couldn't even think about flying for years. No way.

Stay the course, increase the bug killer, keep some ornithine with you at all times.

Fasting will make it worse.
