I need help...I am still having severe isssues with my panic and anxiety. I flew from Madison to Ottawa on Saturday. The flight from Madison to Detroit was fine, but on the flight from Detroit to Ottawa I had a full fledged panic attack. It was so bad that they were going to land the plane. I thought I was going to lose my mind. My fight or flight kicked in and there was nowhere for me to go and I was up in the air. I was able to make it without having them having to land the plane. I have been on more than 80 flights and this has never happened before. The scary part is that I have to fly home on Wednesday. I am trying to think positive about it, but what if it happens again. I have ornithine and charcoal with me, but I had taken some on Saturday and still had the panic attack. I could obviously take more than I had on Saturday. Does anyone have any additional suggestions?
Additionally, I have been on this program for several months and perhaps I could have done some things better, but I can't say that I am much better than when I began. It could be that I am on the brink of healing or is it that this program is not for me and I need to spend my time trying something else? If I make it through this, I was thinking of trying Barefoot's 30 day OJ fast.
