Re: Distilled Water - Good or Bad?

the cheap ones are like disposables, though i have had my sears one for years now. you kind of get with you pay for, but they all work.

i set my water out in the yard to soak up the sun and wind and birdsong and color and the earths magnetism. a couple of days out there transforms that dead water into pure nectar.

i will take a pinch of salt with a big glass of water. i only use realsalt from redmond, utah. many things can structure water or give it some minerals that can be used by the body. a squeeze of lemon is the easiest. a pinch of herbs in a gallon, make tea, use magnets, tachyon disc - the list is only as short as your imagination.

be well and god bless this forum.
