Re: Distilled Water - Good
Distilled or RO - get the POISONS OUT (at all costs).
Anything you want to do NATURALLY to re-energize or re-mineralize the water works (what Grzbear suggested is good methinks)...IF it works for YOU and your 'doctor within'.
Truly natural healing is a full body, mind, spirit healing process. For example, virtually every drop of water we ingest (orally) is assimilated in the lower colon. The lower colon is impacted and layered with putrefying, extremely acidic poisons...and all the water we drink seeps through it, hence strongly acidifying & toxifying the water we drink (and then it heads directly to our poor liver).
Solmare, try to 'not get too hung up' (or frustrated with) the 'science' of it all - the schematics of the human body DEFY scientific explanation or understanding. With each passing week - month - year - decade, the scientific understanding changes (sometimes substantially) - but the human body (basically) remains constant, and totally defies explanation OR understanding.
Start with the foundation - once the organs are cleansed of acidic/toxic debris and returned to working order; once we stop plowing ourselves with physical/mental/spiritual poisons and start plowing ourselves with physical/mental/spiritual nutrition...then we can discern what we need to tweak & adjust. Focusing on the fine-tuning before having a solid foundation results in frustration (at the least) - disaster (at the most).
Distilled or RO - remove the poisons (foundation). If you want to add 'soft' minerals to the 'non mineral' water, then that's your choice.
Dr. Christopher is clear on this point - our bodies are full of WAY too many 'hard minerals' and the 'empty' distilled water is essential for pulling them out.
I LOVE the idea of naturally 'energizing' the water - setting it outside on the ground in the sunlight - and perhaps adding a few blades of grass or a few grains of rice or sprout seeds.
Dr. Schulze (on the IP) suggests that ALL water consumed should be in the form of an herbal tea (from RO or distilled water). Even if you don't make a 'tea', the idea of adding even a teaspoon of dried or fresh herbs in every gallon of water is great!
