Re: Distilled Water - Good or Bad?
I've been back and forth on this one.
Once I had a distiller then, I smashed it and threw it out.
Then I wished I still had it and was looking to get another one.
Instead I was buying it from the store.
Lately I was in a whole foods store and a cute girl was doing a demonstration on a water called "Real Water".
I hope nobody else buys it because I want it for myself.
Anyway she had testers and tested smart water for ph and it came up quite acidic. Apparently "smart water" is a distilled water.
She tested the "real water" and it was very alkaline.
What impressed me was the test for negative/positive ions.
Apparently the cells of the body are of positive charge and most waters are of positive charge.
The Smart Water had a high positive charge.
Two positive charges will repel each other.
The Real Water has a negative charge and it is very absorbable.
There was more about the distilled water and free radicals due to the water being processed but it escapes me now.
Hope its not rocks in the head again.
I still have about eight gallons of the distilled water and haven't wanted any since this other water has been in the house.
