Re: Distilled Water - Good or Bad?

Good post, Grz.

I watched a health seminar over the weekend and they talked about water often. Their choices were charged (I think with a magnet) water, ormus, home distilled (with a big filter system and I was gathering, copper pipes???) Also spring water- like way up high artic mountain spring water, as if the North Pole had something to do with it. I was a little lost. I guess I'm not a water geek. lol

I remember 2tuff being sold on a squeeze of lemon and a little Himalayan salt to every quart of distilled drinking water to do exactly what you said- electrolyte balance a la Gatorade without the bad stuff.

I have a countertop distiller I've used consistently for about 4 years (I don't seem to be dead yet). The only things I don't like about it are 1) it only distills a gallon every few hours, 2) it's noisy, and 3) the receptacle is blue plastic. I would love to have a whole house system.
