How often can enemas be done? Can I do a second one if the first was not satisfactory?

sometimes I lose an enema - nothing comes out - and so, could I take another litre [quart] sized enema to stimulate it, or would that blow me to bits?

Can the colon, rectum, etc. be damaged by too much water from enemas? ?


One last Q: coffee enemas - does the "one cup" size actually work? It seems so small.
