Karlin, I don't recommend sticking a hard hose up farther. That is not what achieves better penetration and you endanger perforating a bowel. If anything, try hanging the enema bag from a higher height and buddy up with gravity for maximum push.

Would you consider a Colon Cleanse at this time such as Holistic Horizons or Shulze? This may help too.
