I have tried other brands of Vit. C; I take it because I suspect my immune system is bad, from a long term problem with bad teeth [most have been removed].
also, Mercury chelation - Vit.C and Selenium [I heard]
Vit C is a great chelator/de-toxifyer - I just learned that!
But the enemas - I think they are great too, thanks for the supportive words.
I will use salt - I used to do that, but forgot about it.
I will try the
coffee enema soon too, it sounds perfect.
YES< I do see the water going out of the bag[I use a water jug]. I do, as you hinted, have trouble getting it started sometimes, no flow, and I usually finr that withdrawing the 3" nozzle back a bit solves the problem.
On that topic, I've seen enema hoses 18" long, but I've never concieved of putting [anything] up that far. I seem to get away with just those few
inches of the nozzle. Its a hard nozzle, and I am concerned about that, but no worried. Its not uncomfortable in the least. I could go deeper I suppose, if that would get the water further along, but I do not think it is necessary.
And then the height - I like a 'low pressure', so I keep the jug about mid-thigh height[when I am standing next to it, not during the enema!]. If I lifted it to about 4feet high, the extra pressure would provide some stimulation perhaps? - would that help me trigger the elimination?
Hey, you are a wealth of info, thanks.
