Colloidal Silver is very often used for infection.
I have some that killed the bacteria inside of a tooth decay (cavity).
It was going to be a 900 dollar job.
I took the Colloidal Silver and the decay healed over.
Next visit, the dentist couldn't find the decay.
That was three years ago, the tooth is still fine.
This is a product called "Silver Water".
Its a unique Colloidal Silver as it has been made in a process that causes a frequency or vibration of that equivalent to a B-flat on a piano.
Apparently those little critters can't live in a vibration that is that high.
Which is why I believe all the bacteria died inside of the cavity.
This decay went under a large piece of gold so the silver itself couldn't have gotten all the way through.
Anyway I'm certain this would be helpful for infection of any kind.
Of course Iodine is a good choice also, as the other poster mentioned.
