Breast Reduction - Infection continues 3 months later

Hi All,

My aunt had breast reduction surgery 3 months ago. One of the breasts has had a continuous infection. It is now to the point that the breast is very red and hot. There is off white pus and white chunks that come out of the incision. She has called and seen the surgeon several times. He has given her two rounds of Antibiotics which obviously haven't been the answer. He does not seem concerned at all and reassures her that nothing major is wrong. What options does my aunt have to get this infection under control? Your suggestions are much appreciated.
