Water causing hair problems?

Thanks for your advice,Uny.

Your remarks about water were particularly important to me.

I've been drinking the same tap water for about 4 years, and although it's filtered (I' don't know about the qualitiy of my filter), I'm very insecure wether this is good water. And this is such an important point, I mean I drink this water every day , so I really need to make sure the qualitiy is ok.

The main reason, why I feel so driven to do something about my water is the fact that my hair (over the last 2-3 years) has become so ridiculously thin that I'm ashamed of it. I've thought about different factors (thyroid, liverstones, parasites, etc) that might have contributed to my hair thinning (and loss), and the water is one of them. I've read that heavy metals and lead in particular in the water can cause hair problems.

I'm a 25 year old male and I will do everything to improve my hair and to keep it from falling. In my opinion, it is much harder for males to regrow hair than it's to keep it from falling. So it' high time to do something about it.

How toxic must this world be? It's almost normal for people my age (only 25!!)and even younger to be balding and noone cares, because it's considered normal. This makes me angry. I don't think this is normal, just as I think it's abnormal to have cancer with 50, and all the other diseases.

But it would not be wise to keep complaining. I know this world is toxic and it's in my hands to get the best out of the situation. Complaining is not the solution, action is.

Uny, advice time ;)

- If I buy a distiller, and distill my (filtered) tap water, can I be sure, that heavy metals and other bad substances will not be in there in harmful amounts?
And do you consider drinking distilled water daily for years/a lifetime safe?

- What should I do about my hair. I really want to do something now, before it's too late. (keep it/ improve structure/regrow).

I'm pretty sure that my hair could greatly benefit from your detox protocol, but I'm not ready for that yet (I want to know how to do it right and will have to figure out which products to order)

Here's what I really consider doing

- Micronutrients (Biotin, Vitamin-B-Complex, Niacin, Vitamin E, Vitamin C,L-Cystein, gamma linoleic acid)

- yeast, fenugreek, mustard seeds, garlic, onion

- essential oils for topical application: Rosemary,Emu, maybe more

This is just my emergency program, I guess doing your detox program will be much more substantial. I don't want to have to rely on supplements long term to have good hair.

What do you think about my ideas and what would you reccomend me to do for my hair?

I'm looking forward to your answer,

Warm greetings from solmare
